Here at Leicester Campers we care about the environment, offset your journey through our Carbon neutral travel program. For each 1000 miles you travel our vehicles will produce around 500 KG of CO2. You can now offset this by investing in the planet. All monies generated in this add on will be invested in planting trees via www.carbonfootprint.com. Should your journey exceed 1000 miles then feel free to buy multiples of this add on to fully carbon neutralize your trip. £5 neutralizes 500 KG of CO2. Leicester Campers Limited will gladly match any offset payment made.
1 – 6 nights. Rest assured that your insurance liability for own-fault damage to your camper van or third party property is kept to a minimum with our optional Collision Damage Waiver. In the event of an “own fault” accident which results in damage to your camper van or to any third party property, the hirer is liable for an excess of £1000. For your peace of mind, this liability can be reduced to £200 if you choose to take advantage of our optional Collision Damage Waiver. Please note, this waiver does not cover rear end damage.

Our European Travel Pack enables you to take your rental motorhome to continental Europe and Ireland, this includes European driving insurance and European roadside assistance.
Take our gas fired BBQ with you, this will connect to the motorhome’s gas cylinder or to the specific BBQ point on the motorhome.

The Avtex Tourer Two is designed to simplify navigation with motorhomes, caravans and campers. It comes preloaded with detailed maps of 45 European countries, with free lifetime map updates, including information on road restrictions, such as bridge heights. Just input the specs of your motorhome or caravan, then Avtex Tourer Two will use your camper profile to find the most efficient route across the UK and Europe. Your route will be determined based on the height, weight, length and width of your vehicle.
Our pet friendly vehicle is now available, should you wish to bring your pet then please select this option. Our pet friendly van does require an additional valeting fee.

Set off early and enjoy more time on holiday. Book an early collection, pick up your motorhome from 9am instead of 2pm. thsi may only be booked 1 week prior to collection.

We hired a lovely motorhome from David and the team and Leicester Campers. Had a wonderful week away in it, well stocked with everything you need to have a great break. The van was like new and gave us the freedom to properly tour. The service was outstanding, very easy and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely hire from them again

We have hired a four berth motor home from Leicester Campers and it was fantastic. Easy handover , no catches or small print and friendly staff who talk you through everything on collection . Very powerful engine that easily held its own on the motorway and round narrow roads in the countryside. We will definitely be doing it again. The MH had all the equipment you need and for beginners like us , we quickly worked things out. Don't mess about deciding whether to book or not – just do it , you'll love it!

Top marks to Dave and his really friendly team for making the hiring process – a first time for us with a motorhome – such an easy and enjoyable event. Between the handover video, the walkround, and a more detailed guide to consult in the van we felt well briefed and prepared (not to mention the further back up of a whatapp number if needed) . This allowed us to get more out of our week away. So hats off to Leicester Campers for having service nailed. As for the van (the F74), any sense of trepidation driving a much bigger vehicle disappeared quickly – ok you do need to plan ahead a bit more whether it's driving or parking than you can get away with in a car, but it soon becomes second nature and you can relax and enjoy. We did a couple of nights on a "proper" campsite with hook up and lots of water available, and four nights "off grid" at FolkEast. Being careful with the resources, we still had plenty of battery and water at the end and I reckon we could have got another couple of nights off grid if needed. Overall, we had an excellent time and much of this was helped by knowing we had a top quality reliable motorhome with all the support there if we needed it.

After being let down last minute by another company, Dave came to the rescue with a fantastic Motorhome for us, coming from New Zealand he picked us up from our hotel, gave us our choice of camper and made the whole process very easy.
